Great value for money and well-equipped room, towels and a hairdryer in the room. Comfortable beds and helpful staff. Peaceful and decent location with restaurants and bars close enough to the place. Only 20 minutes walk from Edinburgh centre.

Spacious rooms with unique en suite bathrooms offer comfortable stays. The decor feels cozy, and the layout is inviting, nice for a relaxed atmosphere after a long day wandering around.
Had some hiccups with the hot water- not exactly ideal when you want to unwind after a day. TV issues left me without a good flick to zone out to, and the towel rail was on the fritz. The Wi-Fi could be a hassle. Internet access mainly worked at the exit, a trek if you just want to surf from your room. They could improve communication for urgent issues as attempts to get hold of someone during a problem weren't always successful.

quiet stay with some room for improvement
The room I stayed in was clean with a well-appointed shower room that had excellent pressure. I appreciated having a kettle and coffee maker in the room along with complimentary tea, instant coffee, UHT milk, and biscuits for a nice touch.
While the room itself was fine it felt more like a series of guest rooms rather than a full hotel experience.

The location was fantastic, right on Leith Walk with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It only took a short walk to get to the city center. The automated access to the hotel worked seamlessly. The Superior Double Room was clean and came with a coffee machine and mini fridge, great perks for my short stay. I loved having a quiet place to retreat to after a day of exploring. The room could use better heating. It took a while to warm up. I also had a bit of trouble with the virtual key access-one time my phone died, and I worried about getting back in. A good spot for a quick visit, but a few tweaks would make it excellent.

Super comfy stay!
We just loved the cozy vibe of this place! The beds were like clouds, and the spacious bathroom had super nice shower goodies. And bus stops right outside was a huge bonus since we were out exploring. Kinda wished for a bit more dining options nearby, but overall it was a great find for our group of four!

Consider bringing a power strip as the room had limited outlets for charging devices.

comfortable stay but lacking personal touch
The room I had was super clean. The coffee pod machine offered great convenience, which I appreciated .
Connectivity for the key access can be a challenge without internet.

The automated access worked well, and the room was clean. The only downside was the lack of staff on-site, made communication a bit tricky.

I spent a cozy 3 nights here and really enjoyed the tea and coffee facilities along with the small fridge in my room, which made my mornings easy. The hotel offered some nice relaxation spots, like a quaint garden and a comfy lounge area where I could unwind. the odor from the drains was a bit off-putting, even though it didn't ruin my time. 😊
